Q2: How can I know your price?
A: The price is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide below information to help us quote exact price accordingly:
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window dimensions,opening type and quantity;
2) Frame color (If special color,the price will be different.)
3) Glass type and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or without).
Q3: What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
A: Our product is CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions and detail specific.
Q4: What is your delivery time?
A: 15-20 working days for the stocked color and stocked system, 25-30 working days for special requirement. The deal time could be confirmed before buyer’s confirmation.
Q5: What kinds of color for aluminum frame we could choose?
A: Pls check about our color card and choose one or making as per buyer’s color sample;
Q6: What is your payment terms?
A: Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before loading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q7: Will we need to install the glass (onsite glazed) or do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: We will install glass at our factory based on windows/doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and available for loading&unloading. We always packed the glass and frame separately for the big-sized window/door.
Q8: What is your warranty ?
A: 5 years warranty for Chinese brand hardware
10 years warranty for Germany/Australian brand hardware
10 years warranty for Australian brand glazing;
10 years warranty for USA silicon

Q9: What kind of service will you provide?
A: 1.We can offer detail installation guide(include Video/photos/ words) for each project.
2.We can offer FREE CAD technical drawing or 3D draft for each client.
3.We can offer free training(include product knowledge,manufacturing and installation techniques) for each agent.
4.We can offer professional engineering service(send our experienced technicists to help onside installation or land a large order).
Q10: How many quantity loading for one container?
A: Normally, 200SQM for one 20’GP; 350SQM for one 40’GP; The final quantity will depend on windows/doors type,size,and packing situation.
